i was wondering what pen tool do you use. I know it is not free hand to get those straight line. It looks like a magnetic pen toll because it follows it. Where can i find this magnetic pen tool:confused:

Oh yeah i have Adobe Photoshop 6.0
 
okay, i've been trying this forever. which pen tool do you use? i have psp 7 and i can choose between freehand and straight line. which makes it look real crappy. help me out here, plz. thx.

Can someone please explain the "making an outline and stroking it with the airbrush"?? That part just confuses me but the rest is cake..Thanks!

yeah that confused te hell outta me too. i didnt do whatever it was talking about, i just used the lines, i think it turned out fine anyways

has anyone done this on paintshop pro7?

if so which tool do you use to make the outlining? the pen tool doesn't curve.. or does it?
 
DAMN PHOTOSHOP!!! Why is this all of a sudden so difficult?:(
 
I tried it,
I made a seperate Vector Layer and merged it with a Raster layer to get Texture Informatoin, then added it to my outline.

and colored with a color pallate with the possible colors from the origional picture.
then blured and softened the background
paint shop pro
