Forget all that transparency crap for the reflection...i could never get it too look like it was man made. So even if your shading is incorrect it still looks good.

I used this tutorial, should translate to most image editors.

for all the newbies. here is my photoshopfile. i made it some month ago for another member on this board. i used a new layer for every small thing. feel free to play around with switching layers on an off, changing the transparency,... maybe it helps you to make your own.

we have some good choppers here. This is a picture I started in illustrator a long time ago and never finished. I may have to attempt this photoshop method for something different sometime, but on the attached picture I was trying to learn illustrator again and wanted what's his face in it (the guy from initial D)

i dont have PS on my pc, so i cant do it myself.
