Making a N/A Turbo a turbo

I just want a turbo, nothing to fancy where I have to make all these crazy mods. Just want a little punch and hear that BOV sound when I shift. What would be the first step. Ive been looking all over ebay but dont know what to get, they seem to favor eclipses that are all ready turbo? Plus cant find a manifold..
