This is my current setup: t28, greddy front mount, 3 inch turbo back exhaust, act 2600 clutch, turbo xs mbc, turbo xs blow off valve. Just the basic bolt ons. Today i got with a friend and installed FIC 850cc injectors, dsmlink, and the aeromotive fuel pressure regulator. We tried to install a walboro 255 fuel pump but we couldnt get the last bolt undone under the car to remove the gas tank. We also installed a fuel pressure gauge so we can see what the fpr is doing. So we get everything installed, except for the pump. And the first thing we notice is that fuel pressure gauge is not reading anything. Also, the car is bogging really bad, and will not boost past 10 psi, the car starts bogging really hard and the check engine light blinks showing that there are 2 counts of knock. We could not figure out what the hell is going on with the car. And i never received anything for the dsmlink forums, so i can not access their site. If anybody has any insite on my situation then help is greatly appreciated. I can give more information and specifics if somebody has a response. I am probably just going to take the car to a tuner, because i am stumped. Thanks.

I would install the pump first and then start to tune. Enter the correct settings in DSMlink for your injectors and I believe for 850cc the settings are -47 and deadtime at 315. After doing that drive away and save some logs. For the logs, take the car for 7-10 mins cruise and then do one third gear pull and idle for 7-10 mins. After you are finished post some logs and we will see what we can do for you. Good luck, and keep us posted.

Yeah, it sounds like your fuel settings are not set. Adjust them as mentioned above. Also make sure your BOV is recirculated.

Why are you removing the gas tank to install a fuel pump? You should be accessing it from under the back seat. The only time you go under the car is to remove the hard line.

Where did you purchase your DSMLink from? You should contact them to get your username and password to access the forums.

Yeah the pump isn't to hard to install. You just go at it through the back seat. When you pull up the rear seats, you will see it on the passenger side. The one line probably won't come undone and you MUST be careful if you do try and get it apart, that you don't crimp the line. What i had to do is use a pipe cutter and cut the pipe above the pump and then i just took a small 1" or so section of fuel line and clamped each side to the hard pipe to reconnect it.
