Everythings going smooth until its time to get the return line on. the fitting that I have is really hating the return line. I can get it in like 75% of the way but after that, there is absolutely no give. i even tried silicone grease and same problem.

i also noticed that some people keep the little yellow thing on the return line fitting? I took that off and lost it the day I got it cause I thought it was trash LOL... do i need another one?

anyways, when I start the car fuel starts spewing all over th eplace from the return line on the bottom of the FPR... i know it is because the hose and fitting are not liking one another and might have something to do with the little yellow plastic piece. anyway, heres a pic of where im at right now, any advice or pointers would be appreciated :)

If the hose isn't right for that fitting, get the proper sized fitting. I know it sounds like I'm being a smart ass but the return line connection to the fpr is very simple. line goes onto fitting, that's it.

I know youre not trying to be an ass bro LOL. i kind of already knew the answer to this question, guess i was hoping for someone to link me a product they use or have used and can guarantee cooperation with the stock return line w/o leaking.

where is a good place to find a new fitting to fit the AN fitting on the FPR? Dont think ive seen anything like that at AZ or oReillys. Lowes or HD maybe? Harbor Freight if all else fails?

Another thing to make sure is correct is AN fittings use a 37 degree flare where most stuff you will find at home depot an any store like that will be 45 degree flare. If its not an AN flare fitting it wont seal correctly and will leak fuel.

Are you sure the bottom port takes an AN fitting and not something else like npt? If not find the model on aeromotive website and make sure. Then fivure out what fitting to buy. I actually forget the return line size but a quick search here should pull it up.

As for where to buy AN fittings, anplumbing.com has some at decent prices. Some parts are cheaper elsewhere.
