Major Hesitation in/out of boost

Yo, I need some help pretty bad. Alright heres the deal. I can be at a complete stop or be on the highway. When i go to take off/downshift, weather its hard acceleration or just normal driving, the car hesitates alot and it feels like its pulling timing. It misfires like crazy, i presume. I relaced the coil pack. Nothing. I replaced o2 sensor. Nothing different again. I watched for arcing off the coil pack, no arcing. When I do get under boost and it starts to hesitate/buck/pull timing, or w/e it is doing. A engine light comes on and i notice a click from the behind the dash where the computer is. Then it clears the code. When the code is thrown, the car jerks suddnely, like everything stopped working.

I also notice that when i get in it under boost, power falls off completely and the car doesnt accelerate any faster, it reaches full boost and does open the dumb tube, but creates no power.

I smell no fish smell from the computer. All though I havent taken it out yet. I plan on doing that in the morning. Im gonna pull the plugs and shit out too. But, I dont see it being that since there is engine codes being thrown, and none of that is a sensor so it wont throw it.

I think something is shorting out realllly bad b/c it does it all the time now. I checked the cam timign and crank timing and everything is 100%. Plug wires are new too. Plugs are new. Could it be the cam sensor/ECU?

If anyone could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

One more thing to definately keep in mind, this happens only sometimes, but more often then it doesnt happen. Only very little will it ever accel. nice and smooth and quick.

just to let everyone know what my fix was, it was the ECU caps.
