maft trouble check engine light coming on

alright i have a 1992 eagle talon tsi awd and a 1.3 maft ive been having problems wiht it im not sure if i have it wired right and everytime i come to a stop my check engine light keeps coming on and when i gas it it comes off not sure whats going on can some one please help!!!!!!!!

i recommend you get a pocket logger, or something to read codes, and how do you know for sure its your maft?
