MAFT + dsmchips = no safc???

I've been gathering info regarding tuning with a maft and the great things about dsmchips. With the chip bringing me VERY close to my correct fuel map, would I be able to dial in the rest with the translator, or do you think I'll still need an safc? I'd prefer to keep things as simple as possible.

The translator will work great alone, and with the chip it will work great. You will be able to get very nice tune on your car with the translator and a keydiver chip.

I am tuning with the MAFT and have a keydiver chip also. I just installed my wideband last night, and took it for a cruise. I am using the narrowband output for the factory O2 wire. It is running very rich right now, but I will be tuning it more tonight. I will let you know how it goes. If I can get my car tuned good, most people should be able to. Check my mod list for more details on my setup.
