i have the maft version 2.0 and a safc hooked up,using both together.i have a problem though the car has a slight difference in idle and when u get on it at full throttle it bogs down and the car wont pull.it didn't do that before the install. i have the maft set to 450cc setting and everything else zeroed out.i was wondering what to put down as sensor type in the safc.i know its not karman.also the red led on the maf blinks twice.please help

use 4cyl setting, karman setting and throttle arrow up

i thought karman was only selected if your were using the stock mass...im using the gm mass
do i just leave the settings in the afc the same

yes, because with the translator it will convert it to karman to make it look like a stock signal for the ecu

take my advice, use karmen. the GM mas is a "hot wire" but our cars arent. The translator translates the signal from a hot wire to a karmen signal. So use karmen

You have to set the afc on 2cyl setting, or else the tach on the afc will read half of what it really is, and the correction settings for the rpm range will be off because it thinks it is less rpm.
