Alright i ordered maf translator from a guy of this forum. Ill have it sometime next week. I want to make it a blow through so i can vent my BOV. Should i place it on the throttle body side of the BOV? Also i just plug it right in to my 1g MAF pigtail right? I have never used it but im pretty sure you have to set some things when you get it. How do I go about this? and how to I set it to run my RC 750cc?
.

You'll need a GM maf with couplers and you mount it after BOV but before the TB. You'll need a logger of some brand(palm.. etc) to log. From the translator you should have two plugs or pigtail. For the plug, depends if you have a pigtail or an adapter, it connects with your Connector that plugs into the stock MAS and the other plugs onto the GM maf. A logger can help you with the injectors. not the best way to go though. Invest in a tuning program and just run a 2g mas or SpeedDensity. MAFT is an ancient relic of the past.

Do not try to run 750s on MAFT, you should never go with higher than 650s on it.

I have a gm maf for sale if u need one asking 40.00. Follow 1cleanreddsm directions and you will be ok. But make sure you take your time or have someone thats knows what they are doing to adjust it. Trust me it can cost you if your not sure I had bad luck with that thing manily because I didnt know what I was doing with that part. Good luck
