Maf-t tuning help idle surge

Hi Guys need help I have 91 tsi 6 bolt - eagle rods - wiseco pistons - arp head studs - cometic head gasket - MISHIMOTO 2 1/2" radiator - 30R turbo - 2 1/2" ICP - front mount greedy IC - Greedy BOV - AEM FPR - 750cc injector clinic injectors - MAF-Translator 2.01 - 3 1/2" GM MAF - APEXi afc - 63mm Thottle Body - gm maf is after BOV right before the Tb bend --- I have the maf-t set AUX 2 Base 0 Idle 5 - my wide band reads between 14.5 to 14.9 at 1050 rpms which is perfect Timing advance is around 9 degrees - After idling like that for 10 sec idle surge begins rpms go up to about 1450 then drop off back down to 1000 rpms stays rich for a couple of seconds at 12.6 to 13.0 then it evens out back to 14.5 to 14.9 for another ten seconds and idle surges again ----- Is there anyway to get rid of the idle surge ---- originally i had the maft set aux 2 base 2 for my injectors but it would idle lean or rich so i set it smaller size injector to richen up the mixture
my fuel pressure is 36 psi
crank angle sensor is all the way retarded to the max

HELP PLEASE what am I doing wrong how can i get rid this idle surge ???

Set it to Aux 0 Base 2 and set all the other dials to 0. Put the second little switch down in the bottom left corner ( MAF selection switches) into the ON position with ALL the others ( 1, 3, 4 ) in the OFF position. After you so that, see how the cars is running once fully warmed up and then tune it out with the AFC
