MAF-T/S-AFC wiring, rpm signal

Currently I have my S-AFC hooked up as per Apex-i's instructions. This means the AFC rpm signal is coming off of pin 54 (Power transistor for #1 and #4 coils (is this why I have to run the AFC in 2 cylinder mode for it to work properly?)) Couldn't I hook it up to pin 21 (Crank angle sensor (RPM)?) then run it in 4 cylinder mode. Also, can I hook my Maf-T RPM signal wire to the same pin 21. Does it matter which connection is closer to the ECU? Is this even the correct setup? Thanks.
 
That is the way I would like to run it. Can I get an RPM signal for the MAF-T off of the same wire without interfering with the S-AFC, though?
 
Full Throttle Speed's instructions recommend pin 2 (black wire) coming off of the cam angle sensor... or the pin 4 (white wire) of the power transistor module. I really don't know if you can actually use that ECU wire to get a good clean tach signal. I would recommend contacting Full Throttle Speed to find out for sure.
