I put a beater 2L turbo motor in it, and a 14b setup. First pass set the AWD 14B record 10.70@126. Next full pass it went 10.66, within 0.05 of the fastest 14b pass ever even with nitrous.

So, not the high compression motor you were running?

What fuel?

And what’s the vehicle weight? Curious what it compares to some of those other stripped down AWDs that were shooting for the 14b record.

No, that one got retired. I ended up hurting the nitro motor at the shootout, so this was just a 8.5:1 2L I put together out of old used stuff. It was on methanol. And it was 2250 in all motor mode, I have not gotten a chance to weigh it with turbo stuff on it. It's heavier, probably 2300-2350.

Hell yeah. Would be nice to see a progression with you slowly adding power to this chassis and see how it runs. Congratulations. These are like the best builds IMO.

Gotta get the cage done this winter. I've got quite a few turbo setups I want to play with on this thing. And a bunch more all motor stuff too. I just stuck on the cage at this point. It likely will need a 25.5 at some point, but that's a bunch of extra weight that it doesn't need all motor.
