LPH fuel pump for 1250cc?

I have a 1990 Eagle Talon AWD TSi turbo,

How big of a fuel pump do I need for a 1250cc injector set up?

Can I use the stock fuel lines or do I need like 1/2" fuel lines?

You buy a fuel pump based on your needs. What are your plans for the car? Do you have supporting mods for larger injectors and fuel pump?

My guess is a Walbro 255 would satisfy your needs.

I used a 255 for years with no problem on stock lines with those injectors.

If you go with a 255lph pump, you should also upgrade the fuel pressure regulator

A 255 is not enough to support 1250cc injectors. You'll max out the pump before you max the injectors.

Fuel line size depends on what fuel you want to run. But stock lines are good for quite a bit of power, on gasoline or E85.

You'd need something more like a walbro 450 LPH than a 255 to fully support 1250cc injectors. Since the factory fuel line is very close to a -6 AN, eliminating the banjo bolt on the fuel filter outlet and replacing it with a -6 AN fitting (filter to rail kit) will likely be an adequate modification to the fuel line upstream of the rail. On the return end you'll want to install an AFPR.

I would never ever buy a big walbro single for those fuel demands. I run 2 x255 externals and stock lines with similar size injectors, and could use just a bit more pump.

Yeah that's another way to do it. He asked what he needed to support those injectors and based on the numbers I just gave the simplest answer.

The only reason I say that is because, I feel like our electrical pass thru is garbage, and I don't feel like there is a good way to do it.

30-45psi on what type of turbo? I doubt 1250cc injectors would flow enough for even a 16G at that kinda boost.

TD05H 25G 3" inlet, seen a guy on utube running 1250cc with precision 6266 turbo 30-40 boost, his PCM link data showed the injectors where running at 82% @ full throttle

1250's can support around 75 lb/min @ 80% idc on gasoline and about 55 lb/min on e85.
