Do they sell the gasket for the lower timing belt cover or can I use black rtv?

Eh,

If you use rtv you will need to let it air dry to become solid first before you apply it.

I want to tell you not to use rtv because it will definitely be a pain to remove it again.
I got 2 brand new ones in a former dsmer's out of the game give away, the stock gaskets are almost like rubber string

Actually now that I think about it, thin coat of rtv and then use the small rubber vacuum tubing in the crack as the gasket. In theory that would work best

My car came with an almost unusable lower cover (needless to say, there is no part of the seal left) and no mid or upper cover even present. That's how it stays LOL. I wouldn't use anything on it, just install it as it is. Dust wont bother anything. As long as the covers are there to stop a rock or bolt or something from getting caught in the belt. I should really look into getting the rest of my belt covered. But its been fine all this time. Hopefully that will help give you an idea about how fine you will be to just install the covers. I do timing belts on cars all the time as a tech, and most do not have the seals either. Not something to loose sleep over.
