Low Idle then die, I have searched an found nothin

I have searched and searched for help or for an answer but nothing comes up. I have a low idle, around 500 or below sometimes. And the car will die. But starts right back up everytime. There is no problem with driveability what so ever. Once I start driving it is fine. Any help guys? Sorry if this is a stupid question and I am just blind and cant find the answer. Also when I start the car it idles high until I drive it then it does this. I have the 4G63nt btw

happens all the time to me after i play around in my engine bay look at your MAF plug make sure its getting a good connection

if you dont know were this plug is its right there just after your breather on your intake

Yeah as was said, check your maf connection.

Also check your isc, its the idle control sensor located on the back of the throttle body. I believes its like tan. There is a vfaq on how to test that.

Also it could be a boost leak (but i'm not sure if they affect n/a cars so don't quote me on that)

EDIT:

Do non turbos have mafs? I don't think they do, so ignore that first part if you don't have one.

but more than likely its your MAF because it does it to me alot when i mess with my breather or something

try loosening your idle screw.. maybe its too tight..

just a thought..

If you still have problems, I would adjust the throttle cable a bit.
