2G loud squealing slapping noise

I got a loud noise which seems to be coming from the timing belt area. The faster i push the throttle the louder it gets. If i slowly push the throttle it dosent do it. I messed with the belt tensoiner and i still have it. The guy i bought it from got the timing belt changed early last year. He saved all the reciepts since he bought it in 96. Its been well taken care of. Its hard to pinpoint it. But its coming from that area. Please help me dsm gods.

Do yourself a BIG favor - get it up on Car Ramps, pull the Front Driver Tire & all the T/Belt Covers & find out what's going on before you throw a T/Belt & bend some Valves.

Check the harmonic balancer.
