loud crackle noise?

i was just driving along and then i hear this loud crackle noise. I didnt hit anything or run over anything either. So i stopped and looked and it looked like nothing was wrong or leaking. It sounds like a sack full of pop cans dragging on the ground but louder. So if you could tell me whats exaclty wrong it would be great, if u need any info just message me or tell me thanks

Also, which part of the car is this sound coming from? Can you roll down your window to hear it better?

Good chance it's an exhaust leak.
