2G Loose Steering?

It just occurred to me that my steering is loose. As in when you turn the car to either side the steering doesn't correct itself. I was on a Facebook thread where another member was having the same problem. I thought I had a bad steering rack but he mentioned that his problem started after he replaced his lower control arms. Thinking back I did replace (1) fwd LCA on my front passenger side. I don't remember if my steering was bad before the. What do you guys think?

Check for loose/stuck ball joints (upper arm, lower arm, tie rod) with pry bar when car off the ground. Also that the power steering pump is full and working.

I did replaced both upper ball joints.. man yeah I gotta check the ps fluid even tho my ps loose
