I bought the knock off short shifter that looks like the B&M one.. It feels loose when driving.. the problem is this pivot shoulder and the flange nut.. the pivot shoulder is loctited into the shifter arm its not moving so no problem... but when you tighten the flange nut to the pivot shoulder, if its tight you can barely move the shifter... if its loose the shifter is sloppy.. but every time i try to just adjust it to the ideal feel it loosens the nut when I shift... am I missing something? should I just leave it loose and loctite it and call it a day?

what part didnt fit properly?

Im going to let it sit for 24 hours with all the loctite and hope it cures. I have had to make a lot of adjustments to get this car shifting how I want it.. Im Hoping this is the last piece..
