Im looking to upgrade soon to a better setup. Currently im running the fp manifold, fp black and a jmfab 02 housing with a tial mvr. Im starting to feel this will be a limiting factor moving forward and want to be ready. I am looking at the pte 6262 ballbearing. I wasn't aware they made a Mitsubishi exhaust housing but that is probably stupid and a waste of money staying that way. What ar would you guys recommended? I don't want to go t4, is .83ar the next step for me? Im looking for a 700hp capable turbo basically.

500-700 but I don't want to push a smaller turbo to its limit. want some headroom

For anything north of 500whp with better selection and easier tuning, you definitely want a T3 manifold/turbine housing. Forget the 6262 in a DSM bolt-on housing...it'll make less power than the Black and be just as laggy.

For a solid 700whp, something with a 62-66mm compressor inducer and a T3 housing of around .82 a/r will be sufficient depending on fuel type. If I had to spend my money on a journal bearing unit in said performance range, I'd go for the Borg S364.5SX-E with a .82 T3 housing for around $900. Fully-rebuildable with parts available from any Borg dealer, and compressor maps for the entire SX-E lineup instead of no available parts and airflow guesswork from FP and PTE.

BW 362sx-e is in my garage waiting to go on. ;) but it's going to have a 1.0 divided t4.

What manifold would you recommend , I'm looking at the full race manifold

I haven't used Kyle's tubular header YET but he sure makes some beautiful equipment!
@Archer Fabrications
Mighty fine work!
AND, he is now making T4 stuff I believe, along with his T3 works of art.

How much you want for fp black? Just asking. Local pick up. Pm me. I fallow your build. That was funny how fast you decided on that turbo. Good luck. Post pictures.
600.... it's got like 100 miles on it, if I can't get that I'll just end up keeping it. Keep it as a spare. It's in perfect shape

I might sell it as a complete setup, turbo and jmfab exhaust housing . It's a recirculated housing for tial mvr

f*** man, I totally forgot about you. I woulda been happy to buy a manifold off you.

I'm hoping the turbo will fit the manifold. I don't know how big this turbo is.

Do these turbos require a restrictor ? Im running off the ofh? Didnt think journal bearing required it.
