I think this whole money thing appears in peoples heads once they get to the magical 12 second mark on their street cars. Seriously. Yesterday i had some guy roll next to me in a mustang and he saw my front mount and said, " You got any money to back that up? " Claims to run 12's with slicks at the track on his 351 built motor. Sadly reminded me of this thread. I can see where u'd grow the gonads to bet money, i just wouldnt, even if i had a 12sec daily driver. Guess im not much of a gambler.

you guys got it wrong. he doesnt have a 12 sec car, he has an 11 sec car he just cant drive:laugh: look at his MPH if we came down to sac you can add another 2-3 MPH on to that and a couple of tenths. but anyways i digress. i think it would be cool if you fellas rolled up here and hung out and drank with us. we may seem like d*cks but some of us are to that point where its pointless to race for "fun". maintenance is too expensive to just race someone for nothing. thats where the attitude comes from. plus josh is bipolar haha on the other hand we could roll down there sometime and we could all hit the full nudie clubs. never been to one yet. only 130 miles seperates us so were practically neighbors. 2 hour drive aint nothing to have some fun.

I like the way this man thinks We should gather every dsm up in a surround 300 mile radius and mob from sac to reno and back and make the freeway look like the world has been replaced with dsms only...and if your driving anything else, prepare to be smoked and converted! Maybe i can talk to the rest of Sac-DSM and see if we can't meet u guys and have a few drinks...or at least halfway.

I've always wanted to take my car to sac.. never had a reason to though. You guys are giving me some insentive tho...
