I have a turbonetics stage 3 kit, the turbo has a lot of shaft play and I need to rebuilt it but I have no idea where to start or how to choose the proper kit for my turbo. What information is needed to choose the right kit

I would get a hold of Justin (jusmx) and see if he can rebuild it. Hear nothing but great things from those who have gotten one done by him. That will insure everything is done correctly and what not. Suck to do a self rebuild and something not go correctly. Just have Justin do it, be a one and done and correctly.

Question though, why the f*ck did you use a battery as a reference in the picture..LOL

HAHAHAHA, thanks for the LOL ^^^^. LOL, "why the #### did you use a battery as a reference?" hahahah Awwwww shiiiiiiit, i needed to laugh this morning. Thank you.

OP: Hes right. If you DO want to do it yourself i would suggest posting in the "questions for Justin" thread under turbo tech(iirc). Or if you want him to do it, its cheap, people are always happy, you cant go wrong basically. He would probably point you in the right direction for the parts even if you didnt use him. very knowledgeable guy.

Hahah I looked around the room for a familiar item that everyone could relate to and I think the batt was with in reach I picked it up and threw it on there I suppose if it didn't work as a good reff then so much for that but I'm glad u guys got a good laugh out of it, it is Monday and sometimes laughs r hard to come by hahah

And as far as shipping out the turbo I'm not too comfortable with all this shipping and waiting I suppose I've just never done it B4 and slightly mischievous about it But your right I'll get a hold of Justin I've talked to him about a different matter and he was a bunch of help

Last time I read his ad, he usually has a quick turn around time. Only reason you would particularly be waiting is because you guys are literally at different sides of the U.S. LOL. As for the worried about shipping, numerous people have mailed out their turbos and haven't had issues so far.. I just think for your sake of wanting a reliable rebuilt turbo (hope that's what you want), Justin or any other vendor on here offering those services would be a good way to go!

As for the battery, was just confused where it came in and why LOL.

Glad I could save your Monday! I just so happened to wake up because my 13 week old German Shepherd needed to go outside, as he was taking his hour long dump I came across that and was like WTF is a battery doing there LOL. Different but gave me a good laugh at 6:30 AM LOL.

I would agree that Justin would be the best person to build your turbo for you. But if you did decide to feel adventurous and try to build it yourself I have bought rebuild kits from the G-Pop shop and they are always friendly and have great customer service and willing to answer questions if you have them during the build.
