I bought my buddy's turbo and injen intake and put everything in a while back, however (stupid me, yea I know) I didn't get the coupler that connects the MAS to the actual intake pipe. I rigged up an empty plastic quart container of oil with some worm clamps to hold everything together for the time being, but I'd rather not keep it this way. Does anyone know where I can find just that coupler that connects the MAS to the intake? Thanks in advance.

PM me, I'll measure mine when I get home, IIRC it was a 3.5" or a 3.25" I know for a fact that the 4" is way to big.

Can we get a pic of this? haha I have done a share of "ghetto" things. You may also try getting ahold of injen to see if that carry the coupler and order it from them. I know for a fact mine is a 4inch coupler as well(FP Intake) I had an injen and the look similar but apparently they are different

well i was pretty sure it was 4" but i could be wrong i have an injen intake in the garage with the coupler. if no one else gets you the right size i can check it out later for you

There's no way the correct size is 4.5", even 4" is way too big. 3"was too small, and I too am thinking it's somewhere around 3.25"-3.5". Sorry it took so long to respond, I've been crazy busy with school lately. The next time I go home I'll post a pic for all of your viewing pleasure haha

Im positive its a 4". Why do you think Forced Performance offers a 4" straight coupler for their intake?

Its a 4" intake that is ovaled to fit the contour of the MAS.

The MAS is slightly smaller than 4". However, an actual 4" coupler will get the job done. I have a FP intake with a 4" coupler on the MAS. Tighten it down good and you will be just fine. If you try and use Home Depot's 4" coupler it will probably be way to big.

Well yea, that's what I did. I don't understand what you're trying to say though...a 4" coupler is a 4" coupler. How could an FP 4" coupler work but a home depot one of the same diameter be too large? Unless the FP coupler is an oval shape already.

In the pdf that snowboarder posted, it says that it's a 3.75" straight coupler, so I take it that's what I need. I was debating on whether or not to order a 3.5" or a 3.75", but I guess this clears things up. Maybe I can find one cheaper though ha. $10 plus shipping seems a bit steep for what I need, especially since I don't think I need anything 3 or 4-ply.

The issue with going to Home Depot is the 4" coupler is meant to fit over a 4" diameter PVC pipe that is a 1/2" thick. That's why it is not the same.

This is the exact coupler that I am using:
