just wanted to share what i got a deal on today..
ported evo3 16g with 34mm flapper,ss feed line and return lines
pte 680's,more like 620's with 43psi from what i've read
ported 2g o2 housing

all i need now is a ported exhaust manifold and i should be good to go...

after looking more closely at the 16g's on SBR's site,and looking at mine it seems that i have the thinner comp.wheel found on the evo3's,but have a big 16g exhaust housing and thats why mine is ported ALOT,looks even more so than a evo3 16g...heres a pic i forgot to post.

It looks a lot like a small 16g to me. I just installed a small and Evo III on two different cars. Evo III have very large and straight blades. The high intake blades are very prominent. The small 16g has the high blades just stepped up and turned a little. As what looks like you have. Sorry.

But to make you feel better. We are at 298awhp with a small 16g on pump gas. I know its a stretch, but the car is wicked. Getting ready for the front mount and then we will try more boost and race gas.

SWEET.i am so happy,next thing i''ll find out i got stock 390's for injectors too....
on a serious note,if i still decide to use this turbo considering it is ported and all,will it be a considerable difference over my 14b?

Hey Mits3gts, where did you buy the turbo and for how much? If you bought it from a site and paid for an evo3 16g then return it and get what you paid for.
 
nah,i bought it used for 325.sad part i drove over an hour to go buy it.guess its my fault for not researching first...i dont think its a total loss considering it is ported with the 34mm flapper.i paid a total of 500 with those injectors and 2g o2 housing..
