Long time till car starts. Take about 10-15 sec to start

So every cold start that I usally do, ends up with me cranking the car for about 10-15 seconds and then it cranks over and starts. When it finally starts I smell gas fumes and see white smoke. So I know there's unburnt fuel there. And also I know that im at least having fuel when starting. I changed the spark plugs, wires, alternator. ETC. With hot starts It usally just cranks like 2-3(just like a normal car)times and it starts. I dont have the fuel pressure solonoid. But I dont think that should have a difference with starting. What can it be?

yes the bigger one is the sensor

have you checked your CRANK PULLEY ?, check if the Rubber is still on

it was the engine temp sensor. Grounded it and it turned right on
