I can't get any logging software to work with my car. Maybe because the ecu is a JDM out of a cyclone? Anyways, my question is: Is there another way? I have an afc, but how can I see my fuel trims and knock if I can't get a logger to work? Could I just tune with an egt and wideband instead?

Teach me oh Jedi of the DSM.

I have pocket logger, palm n stein, and mmcd. None will connect. The folks at digital tuning couln't even get it to work.

Yes, the software is registered.
So it sounds like I need to choose:
Cyclone parts work (keep my current ecu) or datalogging (buy a new ecu)

what if I purchased dsmlink? does it do logging and if so does it require the diagnostic port to do it?

If the root cause is the JDM ECU then DSMLink won't run on it either.

It would help if you posted the part number of the ECU your using.

I just found wire number 2 on my ecu is cut, i think that wire has something to do with diagnostics?

Ok, so I'll hook my logger to the diagnostic port and then ground the white wire at the ecu and give it shot!
