Loading a car on a trailer?

Picking up a shell. How do you get it on the trailer? I'm just 18 not really sure how. I will probably get one of those uhaul car trailers.

When you say shell do you mean solid shell or a rolling shell? If you had enough people lifting a shell that does not roll shouldn't be terrible. If it is rolling just have it flat bedded.

I had to go pick up my talon which was not running at the time so essentially it was the same thing as a shell and we pushed it up onto a uhaul car hauler. Worked like a charm. Car fit great and it strapped down pretty securely.

Usually takes me 3 people to move. The first time we had four, but that was cause it was my first time trying it.

Two in the back and 1 to push/steer. The tricky part is jumping in the car in time to close the door. I got it down to a science. Probably not the best way to do it, but it hasn't failed me yet.

As long as it rolls well enough, it will only take two strong people to push a shell onto a trailer. Just get a 20 ft rolling start. If it's a full weight car, then it will probably take 3 people pushing.

Absolutely. Two guys pushed my car with an engine and awd drivetrain onto a trailer. Its all about the rolling start

rolling start, and make sure the trailer ramps are not at an extreme angle... they get hard to push when your body and frame start draggin... not to mention scratches are ugly, and so are torn up fascias

I was gonna say, I got a shell loaded on a dolly myself.

2 people to load a shell on a flat trailer

3-4 for a full weight car on a flat trailer.

Or just tie a tire to the rear end and bump it with another car.

Or a come along / quality ratchet strap.
