little wiring question

Ok guys got a quick question here. Got my 2g with a 6 bolt swap. Getting spark on plugs 2,3 but no spark on plugs 1,4. Checked my transistor and ignition coils on another car and they were fine. My question is. Is there a remote wire running from the transistor to the coils telling it when to fire the plugs?

There is i recently had the same issue on a 91, check your wiring diagrams I found an old wiring repair between that was open between the coil and power transistor soldered in a new wire and no more issues.

when doing the 6bolt swap on i believe the 95 and 96 the plugs go in different order, look it up to get the correct order ### i can't remember it off the top of my head
