List of gaskets

Does any one have a list of gaskets needed for a timing belt change, cylinder head install, and balancer shaft delete.

Also should I change the oil pump while I am doing the balancer shaft delete.

a lot of vendors sell complete kits to do this process. Always replace your water pump, and look into replacing the oil pump.

I'm going to order gaskets from Rockauto.com. They seem to have the cheapest prices. People here said that the fel-pro gaskets aren't too bad.

I wouldnt replace the oil pump unless it is needed. You will need to pull the front case to do the balance shaft removal. At that time you can check the wear on the pump gears and can determine if you need to replace it at that time.

I would always check your tensioner to see if it needs to be replaced.
