Recently my car has had idle surge, but it would eventually sit and idle a little under 1000 RPM and stay there

Now when i am driving at one speed, without giving it gas, the check engine light comes on and off randomly but when it's on and i go to give it gas it stumbles/buckles.(feels like it's misfiring) the light will also sometimes come on when it's idleing, but once i give it gas it goes away untill it idles for a few more seconds then it will come back on.

now i've tried adjusting the idle screw, i also pinched a small piece of vacume line in there to keep it from backing out.

now i've removed both honey comb pieces from the MAS but i did that the same day i got the car a week ago and it didnt start surging or buckling till lastnight. it's very intermitten. but the idle surges after i put the clutch in and it now it doesnt stop, it just subtly does it.

Can someone tell me is the idle controll sensor is bad?? or what else i should check, such as vacume lines, if so, which ones to check???

it's starting to get annoying, and it's stressfull enough to fight with a bad clutch and putting the sucker into gear, i have to slam it into second, third, 4th, and first is a hassle too. frankly putting it into 5th is the easiest. but if anyone can tell me where to start, and what to replace then major thanks in advance  :(

Start with the simple stuff... like putting the honeycombs back in. In my experience, the ISC going bad, or the BISS will not cause a CEL. Put the honeycombs back in and then let us know what is up.

okay i put the honey comb back in the bottom part of the MAS, but it still surges, i also checked the vaccume lines, and i found the one to the BOV was cracked where it connects, which could explain the check engine light to come on and off and stumble. but it still surges, now when i dissconected that green wire at the opposite end of the TPS sensor is stoped surging and every time i reconnected it to the prom, it would surge again.....now im not sure which is the culprit
