Variation of idle surge

I have the typical idle surge when engine is cold....goes away when warmed. I noticed that my surge is BAD when my wheels are rolling, so when i come to a stop my car idles high and slowly falls.

I have ABS and noticed that even when my car is warm (no surge) when i hammer the brakes and the ABS kicks in my idle will spike a few times but will go away.

Could my ABS be the problem with my surge? Or are they totally not related.

Any advice would be awesome.
