So I replaced the flywheel with a Fidanza Lightened flywheel, Put the new trans in, everything is hooked back up but now I start the car, and it idles for a few seconds and bogs/dies out. is it because of the flywheel or what else can it be?

could be, the 9lbs is light.. might want to bring the timing up to around 19* at idle..that's whre mines at with the same flywheel

This is all on initial cold start up. I can't even get a log because it doesnt stay on.

Maf connector was dirty, and I was running my old tune in Link....Reset the ecu and it ran fine. Thanks

Yea, you'll have to bump the idle a little bit to compensate for the lower inertia. I even had to do this with the ACT streetlight one... so yours is even lighter!

IIRC, you unplug the coolant temp sensor, which should set the computer into a sort-of "default" mode so that it won't fight you as you adjust the BISS. Stock idle should be around 800rpm, I bumped mine to 900-1000 and it seemed to be ok with that.

edit: nevermind.. missed the post that said he figured it out. LOL

Idle is now 950, grounded it by link and adjusted. My old tune had something to do with the way it ran and I have no idea why. I reset everything in link and started over and it's fine now.
