A noob question I know, but could I go with a lightened flywheel with a new stock clutch? I am not trying to get 400hp or nothing but I wouldnt ming the quicker rev.

yes it will work. however, the money spent on the flywheel plus labor and/or time spent on install could be better used on a more useful mod...the lightened flywheel alone will not give dramatic effects.
