I have 3 light-related issues with my 2G, hopefully you can help figure them out.

The strangest is the front passenger parking/turn light. When I signal it works perfectly, but when I turn it on steady (parking lights or headlights on), it *sometimes* doesn't work. Usually does, sometimes doesn't.

Almost as strange, the right half of the speedo is darker than the rest, leading me to assume a light is out back there... but like the above, sometimes it works. Usually not. Since we're in the area and it may be related, sometimes the tach and/or speedo don't work. Usually they do work, and rarely do they both not work. Seems like the tach dies more than the speedo.

Finally, the 'door light' doesn't work. The door switch actuates and at least the driver side overhead light works (I think the passenger side just needs a new bulb - happen to know what kind it takes and how to change it?), but when I switch the overhead switch to 'door', it doesn't turn on when the door is open.

Any ideas on how to fix any of these? Or do I just have to deal with them, tossing them up to, "well it's a 19-year-old car with 222k miles on it..."

Check for good GROUNDS. A lot of the time people search and search for a problem with the feed or positive side of things but more times than not, at least in the electronics field, it is associated with a bad ground. MTC Good luck!
