Lc1 wideband error code on brand new unit

Hi there,
I have been having issues with my new lc1 wideband. I just wired it in, and began the calibration process, but it's giving me a 2 flash error code, which means the heater circuit is open. It's brand new, and there's no damage. Wired it in correctly. What could be wrong?

Error 2* Heater circuit open
1. Damaged sensor cable.
2. Cable connector not fully seated
3. Sensor Damaged

Fixes
1. Inspect sensor cable for rips or tears.
2. Verify Sensor is fully seated into
connector, make sure it 'clicks.'
3. Replace Sensor

I have no plans on sending it in, as the last lc1 I had I sent in, and I never heard back. Got sick oh waiting so I just bought another seeing that they couldn't even repair an lc1 because they are molded shut. Not sure why I even listened to the tech there that told me they can't repair them and told me to send it in. Just lost a good lc1 and brand new sensor when all that was damaged was the sensor that I replaced.

Sorry, little rant there, I'm not too happy with innovate at the moment

So, you've installed two LC1's and both showed the exact same error? By the way, that 3rd error isn't a check it's a replace the bad sensor. You've actually replaced the sensor too?

Try updating to the new software. The 1.1 that the lc1s ship with is crap
