Recently my car started making a knocking noise whenever i switch from reverse to drive or like if I'm completely stop and then accelerate.. Can this be due o my motor mounts and transmission mount? Car has 128,xxx miles

check all your motor mounts to see if they have obvious signs of cracking presence of hardware and that they are tightened down.
