since i started getting what i believe is rod knock i logged a little of it. using a stethescope i narrowed it down to cylinder one. afrs are all good. just under a light load of maybe 5lbs the knockret on link shoots to 9 degrees! it only happens when at operating temp when oil is at its thinnest. rod knock can be detected by the knock sensor correct? im just trying to assur emyself im not pulling this engine for nothing. i see no lean condition occuring before the 9 degrees of knockret is displayed. if anything its a bit rich at 11:1. im not driving it anymore and as in my other post i explained, the machinist is redoing lower end for free. im just ansy
