Knock Sensor Help...

i fear that my knock sensor may be bad, but rather than pay 80 bucks or whatever it costs for a new one, i'd obviously like to check it first. I know i can do this with DVOM but not exactly sure how to. If anyone knows and could let me know that be great, also, does anyone know what sort of resistance i should be seeing on that?

Well those sensors go bad and leak after awhile.

If you going to keep the car and waste time playing around with the knock sensor, why not just replace it.

I changed mine this summer, not because of a problem, but for preventative maintenance. Think about it....its 13 years old.
