Hey Everyone!

So my oil pressure light came in and i purchased a replacement as i read on here that they tend to go out from time to time.

Once i got under my car to replace it i noticed that the connector itself for the oil pressure switch popped off and landed on part of my exhaust! Needlessly to stay it was toast. While i was under the car i also noticed that my knock sensor connector had been cut off and my knock connector isn't even connected to anything.

Is there anywhere besides the junk yard that i can pick up these connectors?

I'm sure you can source them somewhere online but the amount of effort and the price would not be ideal IMO. I actually had the same two connectors missing on my car (among about 17 others). I was able to get them off of a Mitsubishi Lancer from the junkyard for next to nothing and they are in great shape plus OEM which is always great.

2g knock sensor is getting hard to find. The Evo knock sensor is not exactly the same. It may be a little less sensitive in the 3000 to 4000 rpm range, causing necessary adjustments to your tune. But some ppl have used the early Evo1-2-3 knock sensor without issues.
I got mine at O'Reilly's auto parts for $89.
Also available at Amazon for a 2g knock sensor:

Also I found this online:

I actually have the sensors themselves I’m missing then wiring that goes from the harness to the connector, My knock sensor wiring was clipped off with the connector missing all together and the oil pressure sensor connector popped off and landed on my exhaust flex pipe melting it

Try to find an old wire harness and use the knock sensor connector off that. Maybe someone will sell you one from an old harness that is not complete. It's difficult to find a new female knock sensor connector. Most of the ones on eBay are actually fuel injector connectors and they don't fit.

It's easy to repair the oil pressure switch wire, just add a new piece of yellow wire and a female spade connector it will connect nicely. I did that to mine awhile back:

THank you for all the responses, my tensioner went out last night and i made it to a junkyard today and was able to pull a replacement tensioner and also got the replacement plugs i needed! Check engine light is finally gone as well as the blinking oil pressure light! You guys are awesome!
