So ive noticed that my car will knock in second and i will let off and get back in it it shows no knock. As far as i can tell its primarily in second or anytime i go wot suddenly. Im not bogging it (usually start wot at no less than 4k rpm) i get temporary knock let off and go back wot and its fine. Afrs are showing 10.7-11.0. Im running 16lbs on the t25. Any ideas? Other than this car is fine.

I may be replacing a knock sensor then. I though it was weird how i could let off and get back in it and it would be fine. Just got my new hahn smic and knew that couldnt be right. Lol.

Could be a lean spike on throttle tip-in causing actual knock, but if it goes away with a quick throttle blip that's usually a sign of PK. If it's real, it should show up as a consistent pattern in logs, and it should go away (or decrease) with less throttle or boost.

I have a very similar issue. I have shown as much as 42knocks. I think my Knock is bad. But im going to get it checked out when I get home next and likely replace it for good measure.

I need to get my software back out and take a look at tip in. I go wot let off and get back into it and up shiift to third at Rpm and it never does it and fourth for that matter. Sometimes very rarerly it wiil do it on a downshift from 4th to third or 5th to 4th. Just like second. The more i think about it... It sounds like a tti issue.
