What's up guys, I'm looking to install my kiggly flexplate here soon and my oem 2g flywheel bolts, although grounded down seem to get stuck.. I figure the threads are mangled. I'm curious if anyone has ever tried the evo 8 flywheel bolts, as they as the correct length.. I'm just not exactly sure about the thread pitch as ours is 1.25

You mean MD334117? That would be nice since ARP also makes a set, 107-2801. I am also curious about this too! I am guessing that they are correct thread pitch since a 7 bolt crank is a 7 bolt crank. I'm not on my PC or else I would open CAPS and see if there is a cross reference to the DSM world.

-------

Never mind, I searched for the ARP part number and came up that they are for 90-99 DSM on STM website:

Have to be the same. Let me know how it works, I need the same thing.

I was meaning the evo 8 and 9 Flywheel bolts, you can find them in the link and there 15.2 mm long which would fit. I'm just unsure of if the thread pitch is the same from evo crank to dsm.

I believe the flexplate and flywheel bolts are different, the flexplate bolts having a thinner head. It's been a while since I've had an auto but I think I remember this being an issue. So you need bolts off of an auto and not a manual. I installed my kiggly flexplate with the stock auto bolts without any issues.

They are, but people usually cut down the 5 speed as the oem auto are to short.

I also just talked to the man himself, and he said that OEM would be fine for my power level. Thanks for the help guys, glad I could use something that's bolt on affair.. as I suck at fabrication.
