GVR-4 Kiggly blue wire mod help

Hi all, I'm trying to get my car back on the road but the only thing stopping me now is the kiggly blue wire mod that I'm attempting to do.

I have an issue with how i have done the wiring somewhere and so far no matter what wires i swap i can't get the correct shift order. I did wiring based off the diagram posted in various places and I do have park, reverse, neutral and drive but 1st gear is where 2nd is and vice versa.

Has anyone had this issue and what wire did you swap to rectify it ?

I had to stop as the trans started to lose all it's oil from behind the converter. So once i sort out that issue i will try again and update this post
