(4th gear switch) Forced four shift box with kiggly blue wire mod

Finishing up my install and wiring with the w4a33. Using the shift box lite for shift control and no TCU. Just like the picture attached.

My question is the 4th gear switch necessary with the shift box? Or just run a straight wire?

Will the stock shifter still function or just P/R/L? What position do you put it in to start/drive?

The switch is to shift it into od. If you wire it direct it will be in od.

And the shifter will only work to move the trans as stated. P r n d
