Just tuned wont start

I just got my car tuned last night with the AEM EMS and this morning I tried to start it and they told me to turn the ignition on for about 5 seconds and then turn the key to start it. It's trying to crank over but it just wont start. Any suggestions.

My profile has all the mods...it's trying to turn over I think it might be the starter and Turbotrix tuned the car.
