Ok so here is whats going on. Car was running fine in the morning went to go back to work and all you hear is just 1 click and wont start. So now what i have done. The battery is good the grounds are good and there is no corrsion anywhere. Im not geting any power to the black and yellow wire that goes to the starter. I get 12 volts out of the ignition switch and everywhere except the relay by the ecu. If you go to start the car no power to the black and yellow wire out of that relay and yes i have replaced it once already. So any sugestions would help because im about to set fire to this car. :banghead:

If you sit there and just quickly keep trying to turn the key to crank the car only to hear the clicking sound over and over until you hear the starter start to work i use to have that problem. Thought it was a relay but it never changed after swapping it. Replacing the starter seemed to help temporarily but i finally just sanded down the tab on the starter where the black tab clicks onto it and rubbed dielectric grease on the tab and never had a problem again.

If the car just clicks when you try to turn it off have you tried putting the car in gear and just kinda bump the car forward and backwards just to spin the flywheel alittle then press the clutch and turn the car on? When i had the clicking problem this helped me start the car almost every time instead of just trying to click the key over and over.

Clean your battery terminals with a knife and metal brush even if they look clean. Check and recheck all of your grounds, make sure wires are tight on the back of the starter. If you know the battery is good you are most definitely looking at a poor connection somewhere.

Does the battery terminal wires get hot when key is on or trying to crank?

I had the same problem. I cleaned my battery terminals 3 times and put them back on, scratched my head for a few days and then put new terminals on. Problem went away.

Had the same problem with my battery terminals causing the starter to click. Replacing the terminals fixed the problem

Is it a loud click? Have someone try to start it and see if that click is coming from the starter. If it is, have them hold the key in the start position and lightly tap on the starter and see if it turns over.

double check your grounds, and make sure the cable running to the starter is good.

There really cannot be anything else.
Run a ground directly to the negative terminal?
