Just Got Non-Turbo, Have Issues Help!!!

Just got this 91 talon non-turbo for what i thought was a good deal. Low-in-be-hold... I back it out of the trail I brought it home in and instant headache. If any one know what these issues are i would greatly appreciate it.
1. Clutch Pedal Has No Pressure At All
2. Only Goes Into 1-3-5-R (3-5 Hard)
2b. (Put new slave cyclinder in same issue, maybe need air bleeding?)
3. Idles Like A Honda ( jk) it bounces from 800-1200, all over the place
3b. (If I undplug Idle Air, Revs high (of course) but evens out
4. Cracked Manifold looking for cheap replacement
5. When i turn the ignition off and key out it stays running
5b. Kid before me added a switch to kill power, bad Key Cylinder??

1, 2, & 2b- Try bleeding the system..make sure you get ALL of the air out. It can be a real pain sometimes. If that doesn't work, check for leaks. Look under your dash and make sure the little rubber boot on the back of the clutch master cylinder isn't wet. If it is, get a new clutch master cylinder. As for not going into 2nd and 4th, try adjusting the linkage on the transmission, and maybe even on the shifter underneath the center console.
3&3b- Search for 'idle surge' on here. It's a pretty common problem with dsm's.
4. Look in classifieds, I'm sure you can find a 1g or even a 2g manifold (a little better than the 1g, fyi.) for fairly cheap.

Oh oops I just realized you were n/t...#4 won't help you at all then haha

If you can only get the forward gears 1,3,5, and not 2,4,R, then looks like a shifter cable issue to me.Here's what i would do,not sure if you're capable of doing it but i will share anyway.disconnect the shift cables from the tranny,let somebody get in the car,start it and push in the clutch,then see if you can engage all the gaers by hand on the tranny where you disconnected the cables,if you can get all the gears to engage then you have a bad cable/cables,hope i didnot confuse you.
