Just got my logger. What should I focus on the most?

I am thinking:
LTFT
STFT1+2
Ignition timing
Airflow rate
Coolant temp

Anything I should add? Remove? Also, what psi would be a good startitng point?(SCM 61 with supporting mods). Should I go 0 across the board on my safc, and tune from there? sorry for all the ?s

Fuel trims mean nothing after you've set your low throttle points.

you want: rpm, front o2 sensor, ignition timing, airflow, and that is about it with your basic logger. Rpms so you can tell at what rpm point things are happening, o2 voltage to give you a basic idea of how rich or lean things are, ignition timing advance to give you a rough idea of whether or not you are knocking based on the curve (and because having higher advance is usually always better than a lower number) and airflow will give you a decent idea of the power you are making.
