I just got my pocketlogger today. My current setup is GM MAF and translator, ported 16G@15psi, ported EVO III exhaust mani, 3" cat, 3" cat-back exhaust, and walbro 255 low pressure.
I did a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear log. There used to be a sight that on how to tune, but it seems to be down now, so I'm going to ask you guys for some help. http://www.hywell.org/plhelp/index.html
I looked at alot of the logs posted on these forums and it seems like I'm running pretty lean, which probably accounts for the knock I'm getting. So I guess what I'm asking is, are these two assumptions right? What range do I want the o2 to be in. That how-to had various levels of knock and what was acceptible, what was good, and what was way too much, can you guys fill me in on this. Any other input would be great. Also as I went up in gears the knock went up, but also the 02 went up. I had much more knock and was running richer than I was in second, and second was the same way compared to first. What does this mean, or is it normal. Another thing. The car was having trouble at the top of third, I was getting mid 20's to low 30's knock. Was I feeling the timing being pulled? It was being pulled in other area's but I couldn't feel it. Also in the logger I had it set to inj D\C which was around 95%, how do I convert from pulse width to duty cycle?
I havn't rewired my fuel pump yet, I'll do this tomarrow after work. It looks like I might need to turn the boost down a little, I'll do the rewire first and see what happens. If it doesn't help I'll turn the boost down.
