Hey guys just wanted to post some things on my new weekend toy and had a question about ecmlink tuning.
1992 EAGLE TALON, it has 660cc injectors 3"GM maf with maft a PT5558 turbo with tial 38mm external dump and bov, after market 02 housing and fmic. engine has been fully refreshed wp timing belt and l19 studs. car is turn key and redy to go. currently the car is just running off the wastegate set at 16psi. Over all she runs good but i know theres alot left in it if i get it tuned. im planing to install ecmlink v3 along with an aem wide band failsafe. oh and its got a wal 255 and fuel pressor reg. Front mount inter-cooler is 2 1/x2feet by 10 inches.

so here are my questions. who in the nj,ny,pa tristate area can do the wiring /tuning for me. how much power is realistic on my setup up with out changing my cams and lastly the car has a stock clutch and mounts... im guessing i should upgrade the clutch before tuning but it is the power im makeing now fine.

Good, is your fuel system stock? MBC is more reliable, and if you put it in a smart location you can access easy its not a PITA. I'd suggest a ball and spring type MBC.

Edit: Just saw it's not stock. :p

i have 660cc injectors walbro 255 fuel pump and an adjustable regulator. ill be mounting the boost controller in the cabin

im sorry im confused, i do have the pump wired for power and it is working fine, like i said i drove the car 1900 plus miles with out issue and am not have currently having fueling issues

You asked who can do the wiring and install are you talking aboit for link because that is a plug and play thing after you have the ecu setup for it which link does when you but the program enless your talking about the wideband as that is a very easy straight forward install as well

Congrats on the car now for your question on how much power that is all gonna depend on elevation what kind of fmic what timing your running everything

Ok, im at sea level i have no idea about timing. im looking for a local tuner that can help me with a conservative tune, im looking for reliability not a dyno queen. i apologize in advance for that noob question about power. i was referring to the amount of power that the turbo can support. thanks for the heads up on the easy wiring im glad to hear its something i can do...i do not now the brand of the fmic, it appears to me 2.5 piping with the core being an unknown measurement ill have to go out to take a measurement.

also what about mounts and the stock clutch with my mods do you see the clutch letting go once shes tuned?
